The man with a new idea is a crank until the idea succeeds.
Mark Twain

We all have ideas, but not all of us do something with them. Some call them 'silly' others 'daring' and some act upon them. A new original idea usually implies the combination of 2 known facts into a new one.

Basically very simple, but there is a system to it. The system implies being open at the start and making combinations after the facts are known:

First careful orientation, then searching for ideas & incubation, then illumination, followed by verification and finally the implementation.
